I play an integral role in redesigning the Kochava platform for our customers. I examine our current product as a whole and look for areas of improvement while also divining into each core platform functionality to identify growth opportunities. From there, I research solutions, create mockup and prototypes, present to my team and other stakeholder, and iterate on design concepts.

I design components, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma while adhering to our style guide and design system.

I shape and manage customer-facing content such as web pages, blog posts, product guides, and one-sheet. I design webpage wireframes and infographic sketches to communicate complex business tools and solutions.

Also, I add posts and pages to WordPress to drive conversions and goal completion.

I work with clients and team members to manage the build of 2+ websites per month in WordPress/Elementor. I communicate with the client to understand the brand image and from there, determined the website layout, UI/UX, and site structure.

I write meta titles and descriptions, test link functionality, and compose alt tags to ensure SEO best practices. Other roles included writing custom CSS and HTML to fix bugs or improve the site functionality and user experience.

I collaborated and ideated with the CEO and other team members on app functionality and company goals. I spearheaded the low and high-fidelity prototype phase of three user interfaces and created the complete visual design of the app. I designed the app logo and established the overall brand colors, typefaces, and interactions.

Additionally, I built the app website and create slide decks to use when pitching to investors.
